My dearest sister Jane
As the gates of heaven opened,
A light shone upon your face.
God took you by the hand,
And led you to a better place.
Now this time is here,
I would really like to say,
That to of had you as a sister,
Lightened up my everyday.
For you were not just my sister Jane,
You were my friend as well,
And the happiness this brings to me,
No words can ever tell.
The laughter and joy's we've shared,
Are never far from mind.
For you were such a special sister,
Who was loving warm and kind.
Of all the sisters in the World,
I'm so very glad you were mine.
